Artheal.org - I am now an official healing artist on their website!

Very happy to announce my membership in this art and healing organization. You can find me under the "inspiration" tab, scroll down to "healing artists", medium is "painting and drawing" and the category is "healthcare and healing illness" and I am at the bottom of the first page of artists. What a fantastic site - Love it!

Self-Healing with Greens, Whites, Water Lilies and Trees

print titled "Water Lilies - Heal" 8 1/2" x 11" and ACEO size 3 1/2" x 2 1/2"

Her is the first in the water lily series of Healing Greens paintings. This fine art print is from the first of my Green Healing Series - "Water Lily Healing". I took the idea of how regenerative yet peace-inducing it can be to be near a pond of water (or gently floating on it by boat) with the gorgeous growth of water lilies. The many hues of green, blue, white and a touch of yellow transmits this very calming yet quietly invigorating ability. Just gazing upon it, with the word "heal" that gently comes through, with the touch of the feminine healing energy, encourages us to relax and just let the healing take place. All is well, even if it isn't, it is.

Now available at my Etsy online store: http://www.etsy.com/shop/GwensArtDreamscape
Look forward to more in the near future!

A Promise of Things to come

This is how it started out, my latest healing painting attempt. Greens, whites, lily pads, white lily flowers and blue sky, all these things to go into a 24" x 24" peaceful, healing painting. That is my hope anyway.

I like the beginning of it. I never know what a painting will be. Follow me and see.

A Large Order of ACEOs Finally Shipped!

I just sent out this order of ACEOs to a lovely woman in the U.S. I was just about to not offer ACEO reproductions in my store any longer as they are time-consuming and kind of picky but she changed my mind. In fact, I have decided to expand my ACEO selection AND establish a line of
fine art cards as well.

And those cards sure do look pretty, all laid out like that, don't they? : )
